摘要: The relationship between the dielectric properties of complex perovskite (Pb1−xCax)(Mg0.33Ta0.67)O3 ceramics, where 0.45 ≤ × 0.60, and polarizability, related to bond valences A-site ions, was investigated at microwave frequencies. As Ca content (x) increased, deviation observed polarizabilities, calculated by Clausius–Mosotti equation from theoretical values additivity rule decreased −3% −0.69%. It found that this valence A-site. Smaller negative corresponded cations with lower valence, larger higher valence. Also, temperature coefficient resonant frequency (TCF) affected A-site, then TCF decreasing in ABO3 compounds.
