摘要: At present, the burning problem of low power burners widely used in emergency and stove heating on plateau has gradually attracted people’s attention. The fuel injection pressure, inlet air flow, distribution regulation coefficient, environmental pressure were considered respectively, then four factors six levels a uniform experimental investigation conducted low-pressure chamber with adjustable atmospheric pressure. flame morphology, temperature, NO emission investigated, their correlation each independent variable was analyzed. In addition, droplet swarm obtained simulate numerical calculation by ANSYS FLUENT. results showed that environment had negative maximum width position flame, characteristics uplifted emission. Air volume determines length determine flame. shape horizontal jet is more dependent volume. order to reduce environment, it may be necessary maintain large supply appropriately. microscopic level combustion, change mechanisms macro different sub-atmosphere mechanism morphological increase time path. adjustment under sub-atmospheric through operating parameters essential improve rate droplets.
