摘要: Objective: To measure the serum levels of interleukin (IL)-8, prostaglandin (PG) F2α, and β-endorphin in parturients with acupuncture treatment controls to clarify effect duration labor on substances active cervical ripening dilatation. Methods: A matched pair study was performed involving 80 women without prenatal treatment, for age parity. Serum IL-8, PGF2α, were measured samples taken after delivery by use enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, enzyme immunoassay, immunoradiometric respectively. Results: The mean difference total between pairs −136.5 minutes (95% confidence interval [CI] 191.1 minutes, −81.9 minutes; paired t test, P < .001). first second stages −138.8 CI 188.6, −89.0 .001) 2.3 15.5, 20.1 = .8), respectively. geometric means ratios showed no statistically significant differences. not significantly correlated labor. Conclusion: Prenatal reduces may be a valuable tool preparation. are influenced therefore likely mediate acupuncture-related effects during labor.
