摘要: The relationship between maternal peripheral plasma concentrations of prostaglandin E2 and F2 alpha metabolites (bicyclo-PGEM PGFM respectively) the level uterine activity in spontaneous labour was studied 10 nulliparous multiparous women. Plasma were measured by radioimmunoassay. Uterine quantified computer analysis changes intrauterine pressure expressed as mean active (MAP). As progressed, both parity groups showed a significant rise MAP which associated with increase levels PGFM. However, percentage did not significantly correlate MAP. At all stages higher group compared group. Bicyclo-PGEM no change but rose late first stage/second stage Our observations support role for generation labour. further study is required to elucidate mechanisms controlling production fetal membranes decidua vivo, how this relates metabolite activity.
