摘要: Long intergenic non-coding RNAs (lincRNAs) are transcribed from DNA sequences. Studies have revealed that aberrant expressions of lincRNAs associated with various types cancers and neurological disorders. Marek’s disease (MD) is a highly contagious T-cell lymphoid neoplasia chicken induced by virus (MDV). In this study, we first identified validated linc-GALMD3 expressed in MDV-infected CD4+ T cells RNA-Seq qRT-PCR. By analysis MDCC-MSB1 after loss function shRNA, found could positively cis-regulate its downstream gga-miR-223 gene expression. contrast, it trans-regulate the 748 differentially genes (FDR < 0.01) were mainly enriched into mitochondrial structure cell cycle processes using GO analysis. Of these, most significantly EPYC might cause iris lesion MD. The other eight genes, NDUFA4, NDUFB6, NDUFV1, NDUFS8, SDHB, UQCRC1, UQCRC2, COX7A2, actively participated oxidative phosphorylation dysfunction death. Most importantly, MDV replication was repressed when knocked down CEF cells. Our results suggested be critical regulator MD used as candidate-promising mark for prevention, diagnosis, treatment.
