摘要: Abstract Development of advanced therapeutic modalities for the treatment cancer are become a thirst area in field biomedical science now day. Current approaches to treat this fatal disease always refer partial curability with unavoidable obstacles. Here, we have developed stearic-g-polyethyleneimine acid amphiphilic nanomicelle functionalized folic acid-based carbon dots (CDs) targeted anticancer drug (doxorubicin, DOX) delivery and concurrent bio-imaging triple negative breast (TNBC). Developed was characterized by FTIR, XRD, 1H NMR, fluorescence spectroscopy, TEM etc. Highest DOX release from observed at slightly acidic pH. It also found that can be successfully internalized MDA-MB-231 cells able inhibit cell proliferation. The IC50 value free against TNBC around 10 μg/mL, whereas, loaded CD (25 kDa) (DOX-CDSP-25) showed similar cytotoxicity on concentration only 1.0 indicating efficiency system compared DOX. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis revealed effect DOX-CDSP-25 cellular morphology 24 h. Along with, property offered derived allowed CDSP-25 acted as promising tool TNBC.
