摘要: The role of nurse practitioners in primary healthcare has been validated over the years and is now being considered as a key solution various settings to provision comprehensive care. context which established positions practitioners' practice within medical nursing paradigms. As system evolves, must define their identity advocate for roles that reflect professional values. A historical overview highlighting NP expanded will guide philosophical discussion regarding identity. After exposing tensions between medicine disciplines, Abbots' theory profession be utilized understand foundations leading initial research on practitioner integration system.
