摘要: Abstract The concentration of mepivacaine and lidocaine in mother neonate was assayed by means gas liquid chromatography. There a rapid appearance the drug maternal circulation, mean peak being attained within 5 minutes. In 19 cases anesthesia blood 2.2 μg per milliliter, whereas 1.6 milliliter. 13 milliliter 1.55 Three neonates required resuscitation these duration greater than 6 hours with total dosage anesthetic agent 600 mg. mothers showed no side effects attributable to agents.
