摘要: The effect on intervillous blood flow of lumbar extradural analgesia for Caesarean section was studied in nine healthy women using xenon-133. Extradural anaesthesia performed with lignocaine 1½% 16–20 ml adrenaline 6μg ml−1. Impairment placental during the block observed seven patients, but mean decrease (13% from control value) not statistically significant. most notable occurred two patients simultaneous arterial hypotension.
