摘要: Summary The effect of a short period strenuous exercise on the haemostatic mechanism has been studied. Following there was an increase factor VIII which not affected by prior splenectomy or aminocaproic acid, inhibitor plasminogen activator. Although produced increased activator concentrations, as measured euglobulin lysis time, no alteration in FR-antigen (fibrinolytic degradation product) concentration. Platelet adhesiveness, and ADP-induced aggregation were significantly after latter test phase platelet disaggregation impaired. An 3 availability noted exercise, differential centrifugation studies indicated that this due to release micro-particulate material may have represented membrane complexes released from platelets.
