摘要: Abstract We report a facile route for the preparation of polyphenylsiloxane ((1 −  x )PhSiO 3/2 –( )Ph 2 SiO 2/2 (  = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3)) glass films from 50 to 150 μm thick. The were obtained via multi-step spin-coating process at room temperature using non-aqueous coating sol where preformed is homogeneously dissolved in acetone. different stages spinning have been described and optimised, represent an important issue homogeneous films. thickness H ) coated on silica polyethyleneterephtalate substrates showed trend dependency with viscosity η ),  ∝  0.37 0.41 , respectively, making easy control. average surface roughness evaluated be less than 5 nm high optical transmittance (99%) demonstrated quality coatings. In addition, stability matrix solvent makes this method practical interest tremendous possibilities wide range applications such as development microfluidic channels, protective coatings components.
