摘要: Principles and processes of stakeholder management are still conceptually at an embryonic stage. This article analyzes several principles important to understanding strategic business ethics. Using inductive approach with empirical data from a Norwegian insurance company, the contributes description manipulation power dimensions management. The capacity large companies circumvent control thus accountability is illustrated. New analytic insights presented, such as distinction drawn between movement, multimatum, manipulation.
