摘要: A case-control study of risk factors for glioma in adults was carried out Heilongjiang province northeast China. Between September 1989 and May 1995, 218 histologically confirmed cases requiring surgery tumor removal (139 astrocytoma 79 other glioma) 436 controls with non-neoplastic non-neurological disease were recruited personally interviewed the wards six major hospitals. Controls matched by sex, age, area residence. Occupational, lifestyle, medical information obtained through a standardized questionnaire. Use liquor associated cancer risk. Compared males who never drank liquor, total lifetime consumption less than 1000 liters had an adjusted odds ratio (OR) 1.60 (95% CI: 0.89-2.88) more liters, 2.73 1.06-7.08). Statistically significant associations also found diseases related to brain (OR: 5.75; 95% 1.08-30.47) trauma head attention 4.09; 2.51-10.31). Increased vegetables fruit each decreased lowest quartile intake, risks highest intake 0.51 0.29-0.89) 0.28 0.16-0.51) fruit.
