摘要: The author reports his findings from interviews with a class of psychiatric residents. He concludes that for the resident, role residency training plays in process professional development is very much function types relationships he able to form people institute (teachers, supervisors, fellow residents). Where opportunity exists an active mutual educational alliance, experiences growth, maturation, and individuation. it does not, likely stagnate.
