摘要: This study reports results from a questionnaire of 160 psychiatric residents receiving training in the nine institutions; data were obtained on their demographic characteristics and satisfaction with training. Results indicated that great deal work remains improving residency training, both inpatient outpatient. For example, many felt they received less kind amount experiences, especially those connected staff contact, than thought desirable.
