摘要: ABSTRACT At least half of the food sold in United States is through some form retail outlet. Understanding demand, therefore, critical to understanding most important issues facing U.S. agribusinesses today. Retail demand models, however, are fundamentally different from commodity models used extensively agribusiness literature. In this letter, I outline features retailing, and their implications for modeling food.
