摘要: A sensitive capillary electrophoresis –laser-induced fluorescence method has been developed for the determination of six fluoroquinolones human (ofloxacin, lomefloxacin, and norfloxacin) veterinary use (danofloxacin, enrofloxacin, sarafloxacin) in different kinds water. Fluorescence detection was achieved using a He-Cd laser, with wavelength 325 nm. Separation performed fused-silica capillary, conditions were optimized to obtain most adequate separation best sensitivity. The carried out 70-cm-long (75 μm internal diameter, effective length 55 cm) by 125 mM phosphoric acid buffer at pH 2.8, 36% methanol. water sample pretreatment involved preconcentration analytes solid phase extraction. Two reverse-phase cartridges have evaluated, namely Oasis hydrophilic–liphophilic balance Strata-X; latter provided recoveries selected analytes. shows very low limits (0.3–1.9 ng/L) acceptable precisions successfully applied analysis well tap samples.
