摘要: This study aims to contribute the scarce data available about abilities of untrained lay persons perform hands-only cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on a manikin and improvement their skills during training with an autonomous CPR feedback device. The focuses following questions: (i) Is there need for such device? (ii) How adequate are embedded visual audio guidance who learn correct themselves in real time without instructor guidance? (iii) What is achieved effect only 3 min training? prospective which 63 (volunteers) received debriefing basic life support then performed two consecutive trials manikin. pre-training were tested trial 1. process from cardio compression control device (CC-Device) was recorded 2. After initial chest compressions (CC) rate 85-115 min(-1), depth 3.8-5.4 cm complete recoil, 1 able CC at mean 95.9 ± 18.9 4.13 1.5 cm, low proportions 'correct depth', rate' recoil' 33%, 43%, 87%, resulting proportion 14% compressions, simultaneously fulfill three quality criteria ('correct all'). In 2, by CC-Device established significant until 60th second training, when attained plateau highest 82%, 90%, 96%, respectively, 73% all' within training. associated reduced variance 102.4 4.7 min(-1) 4.3 0.4 indicating steady performance among all trained participants. Multivariable linear regression showed that depth, recoil did not strongly depend person age, gender, height, weight stage (correlation coefficient below 0.54). confirmed developing via real-time or CC-Device. shown be comprehensible easy followed interpreted. high CC-Device-assisted confirmed. Thus learning refresher courses could organized more people same fewer instructors needed presentation
