摘要: Abstract Extracellular ATP induced changes in the membrane potential of thymocytes from BALB/c mice were analyzed. At concentrations below 0.1 mM, hyperpolarizes cell on time scale development Ca 2+ signal. After a longer hyperpolarization turns to depolarization. higher than 0.5 mM caused rapid depolarization without previous hyperpolarization. Verapamil, quinine or absence extracellular blocked by ATP. In Na + - free medium magnitude decreased. Our data suggest contribution -activated K channels hyperpolarizing effect at lower concentrations. The direction is determined presumably sensitive balance ATP-receptor mediated and influx activated -channel activity.
