Magnetic phase diagram of MnSi inferred from magnetization and ac susceptibility

摘要: We report simultaneous measurements of the magnetization and ac susceptibility across magnetic phase diagram single-crystal MnSi. In our study we explore importance excitation frequency, amplitude, sample shape, crystallographic orientation. The susceptibility, ${\ensuremath{\mu}}_{0}\phantom{\rule{0.16em}{0ex}}dM/dB$, calculated from magnetization, is dominated by pronounced maxima at transition helical to conical skyrmion lattice phase. in ${\ensuremath{\mu}}_{0}\phantom{\rule{0.16em}{0ex}}dM/dB$ are not tracked which addition varies sensitively with amplitude frequency same differences between exist for Mn${}_{1\ensuremath{-}x}$Fe${}_{x}$Si ($x=0.04$) Fe${}_{1\ensuremath{-}x}$Co${}_{x}$Si ($x=0.20$). Taken together establishes consistently all major directions existence a single pocket MnSi, suggestive universal characteristic B20 metal compounds helimagnetic order.
