摘要: The effect of dietary n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid content on pig adipocyte plasma membrane was studied with two types adipose tissues: subcutaneous backfat layer and perirenal fat. When pigs were fed a diet containing 15 percent sunflower oil, the in membranes increased both tissues parallel to decrease n-9 monounsaturated content. An increase fluidity measured by fluorescence polarization observed particularly tissue, spite higher level some rigid components: sphingomyelin/phosphatidylcholine ratio whereas cholesterol/phospholipid one. latter results gave evidence for depot-dependent modification structure lipids.
