摘要: The aim of the present work was to assess influence dietary lipid source on fatty acid phospholipid profiles and mobilization. Forty male Wistar rats were divided into four groups fed high-fat diets which provided olive oil, sunflower palm oil or beef tallow. All received same amount energy avoid hyperphagia differences in intake among groups. Phospholipid acids determined by GC. Lipolysis stimulated subcutaneous perirenal isolated adipocytes several lipolytic agents, assessed determination released glycerol. After 4 weeks feeding, body adipose tissue weights not observed. Dietary regimens caused great changes composition: tallow had higher concentrations saturated animals greater amounts oleic linoleic acids, respectively. These modifications did lead important adipocyte lipolysis. Significant only observed between palm-oil- beef-tallow-fed when lipolysis isoproterenol adipocytes. fact that our feeding protocol induce fat accumulation avoids misinterpretations due adiposity changes. both saturated-fat-fed groups, therefore, should be attributable lipids. Despite this effect, data from indicate some diet-induced composition may have little effect overall function.
