摘要: The effect of dietary (n-6) polyunsaturated fatty acids (sunflower oil) on pig adipocyte beta-adrenoreceptor and adenylate cyclase activity was examined. Two adipose sites (subcutaneous perirenal) were compared. existence two affinity classes for beta-adrenoreceptors evidenced. Adenylate stimulation by isoproterenol higher in the perirenal fat than subcutaneous fat, parallel to a density. When sunflower oil included diet, response beta-agonists greater, particularly as adrenoreceptors their high state. However, number lower, suggesting that these are spare receptors. 5'-guanylylimidophosphate also revealed site- diet-specific variations indicating alterations at Gs-protein level. catalytic (reflected forskolin-stimulated response) control group fat. In oil-fed pigs, greater relative controls, leading similar values both tissues pigs. This indicates subunit depends anatomical site deposit is influenced diet well. Correlation between changes system discussed relationship with plasma membrane structure.
