摘要: Purpose: Our goal was to determine the MR features of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and correlate them with pathologic findings in a surgical series. Method: MRI 14 patients who had undergone resection reviewed. All T1- T2-weighted SE sequences. Contrast-material-enhanced performed 12 cases. Comparison between at examination made. Results: depicted ail lesions but one satellite nodule 2 cm diameter. were hypointense relative liver on T1-weighted images. On images, tumors predominantly isointense or slightly hyperintense parenchyma nine cases (64%) strongly five (36%). Central areas bands seen eight No capsule detected. contrast-enhanced studies, all bad progressive concentric filling contrast material. Associated such as vascular encasement, focal atrophy, dilatation bile ducts observed 10 (71%). revealed that lesion signal intensity images due mostly amount fibrosis, necrosis, mucous secretion within lesion. The contained abundant fibrosis low content whereas moderate prominent and/or necrosis. Conclusion: study suggests are well correlated findings, nonspecific. may strengthen diagnosis MRI.
