A Method for the Construction of Families of Biorthogonal Filters with Prescribed Properties

摘要: Some necessary and sufficient conditions are given in order to obtain biorthogonal wavelet filters with properties which usually required applications, such as symmetry regularity order, by appropriately choosing the parameters lifting scheme. A special class of extending B-spline is then proposed analyzed.
