摘要: Abstract The Er-based compound Er4CoCd was synthesized successfully and its structural, magnetic together with magnetocaloric properties were investigated in detail. crystallized a Gd4RhIn-type structure the space group of F 4 ¯ 3 m , which confirmed by Rietveld refinement. A ferromagnetic transition observed around Curie temperature (TC) 12.5 K accompanied large effect (MCE). performance MCE for evaluated isothermal maximal entropy (- Δ S M max ) averaged change (TEC) at 10 K lift [TEC (10 K)], relative cooling power (RCP). values - TEC (10 K), RCP are 20.4 J/kg K, 19.2 J/kg K, 503 J/kg under field (ΔH) 0–5 T, respectively.
