摘要: In this article, the design of a dual-band slim inverted-F antenna with an enhanced operational bandwidth is presented. Initially, for operation in 850 and 1900 MHz bands supported by large ground plane 120 × 40 mm introduced. This offers dual band but narrow around each desired frequency. To reduce its length to 90 as well improve bandwidth, slot strip are By proper placing strip, lower frequency improved, while good performance at upper maintained. The designed fabricated experimentally tested showing bandwidths covering GSM850 PCS1900, reference 6 dB return loss (VSWR 3:1). Its radiation patterns omnidirectional become directional higher frequencies, gain varying between −1 3 dBi.
