摘要: Twenty-five out of 26 cases autopsy-verified frontal lobe degeneration non-Alzheimer type (FLD) were found to have focal or frontotemporal blood flow reductions involving both hemispheres. The deviant case had an asymmetric pathology only apparent on the right side. Focal reduction in lobes is, however, a common and unspecific abnormality e.g. Pick's disease. Creutzfeldt-Jakob's disease, some Alzheimer's Low has also been reported schizophrenia toxic encephalopathy. Since characteristic feature FLD is steady progress pathology, serial measurements extending over several years are especially informative.
