摘要: Progesterone receptors (PR), members of the nuclear receptor superfamily, function as ligand-activated transcription factors and initiators c-Src kinase mitogen-activated protein signaling. Bidirectional cross-talk between PR mitogenic kinases results in changes post-translational modification, leading to alterations transcriptional activity promoter selectivity. PR-induced rapid activation cytoplasmic insures precise regulatory input downstream cellular processes that are dependent upon PR, such cell-cycle progression, pro-survival Here, we review interactions discuss consequences specific modifications on action breast cancer cell-line models.
