摘要: Natural hybrid zones provide a valuable tool to study introgressive hybridization, because they can contain wide variety of genotypes that result from many generations recombination. Here we used molecular markers and morphological variation describe the structure two natural between Silene latifolia dioica in Swiss Alps . Populations both consisted few intermediate hybrids were dominated by backcross hybrids. The latter also found parental populations at margins zones. Out 209 amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) scored 390 individuals, only 7 (3.3%) species specific. These results indicate introgression S. is extensive, act as bridges gene flow these species. Analysis linkage disequilibrium identified which hybridization ongoing, whereas most has eroded. Where strong changes species-specific marker frequencies traits observed. Plastid into zone was be bidirectional, but plastid haplotype nuclear background. This unidirectional likely due pollen-flow onto , capture. Comparisons indices revealed morphology this system useful for identifying hybrids, not detailed analysis structure.
