摘要: Purpose The ideal management of the patella during total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is still controversial. Patellar retention generally associated with an increased rate anterior pain; however, patient satisfaction similar in cases replacement or retention. When replaced, potential severe complications can occur. Aim this study was to retrospectively review results a continuous series patients having been treated TKA and resurfacing.
