摘要: Abstract Galectin-3, a multifunctional protein, distributes inside and outside cells plays an important role in tumor cell adhesion, proliferation, differentiation, angiogenesis, metastasis multiple tumors. Changes galectin-3 expression are commonly seen cancer pre-cancerous conditions. Therefore, to understand the molecular regulation of could aid development new approach for treatment. This review summarizes different patients’ serum, mechanism potential therapeutic targets progression.
