摘要: We have examined the stability of A1 oxide films on alloys against attack by moisture and relationship between bond durability. The surface composition phosphoric-acid-anodized (PAA) aluminum was determined using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) these data were used to construct an Al2O3 - AlPO4 H2O behavior diagram. fresh PAA consists a monolayer adsorbed porous Al oxide. Hydration proceeds first adsorption water layer. This process is reversible, it can occur during storage, does not alter morphology. Irreversible hydration occurs with dissolution phosphate followed conversion AI2O3 boehmite (AlOOH). Finally, bayerite (Al(0H)3) crystallites grow top boehmite.
