摘要: If activation of the p53 gene is involved in progression or metastasis colon cancer, it may affect angiogenic phenotype vivo. To verify this hypothesis, we studied correlation between accumulation and expression thrombospondin-1 (TSP1) cancer specimens. Levels TSP1 were estimated by Northern blotting 65 cancers. Accumulation distribution protein evaluated immunohistochemically. Various levels seen cancers, while was confirmed 42 The level demonstrated a significant inverse with cancer. Colon cells expressed reciprocally same nests. These results suggest that alterations tumour suppressor inhibit
