摘要: Small polar organic pollutants have been discovered to be great threats the groundwater‚ as they often are highly mobile and persistent in environment. 1,2,4-Triazole N,N-dimethylsulfamide, two well-known examples of small compounds, frequent upper groundwater. Both degradation products several fungicides commonly or previously used agriculture‚ but also wood-preserving paints. A common trait analysis these compounds is lack sufficient pre-concentration methods lower limit detection enable quantitative at nano-scale concentrations. To date, analyzed only by direct injection HPLC-MS/MS, with limits just below European threshold value for pesticides groundwater 0.1 μg/L. Based on a comprehensive method development, solid phase extraction was developed. As known LC 1,2,4-triazole based Thermo Fisher’s Hypercarb column, emphasis placed testing various carbon-based materials. The final, thoroughly validated protocol Supelco’s ENVI-Carb Plus cartridges. With recoveries close 100% N,N-dimethylsulfamide quantification around 0.003 μg/L, enables concentration from samples. In addition, very promising other pollutants.
