摘要: Iran is experiencing ever-increasing domestic energy consumption and CO2 emissions, mostly due to its price control policy. The first step in designing any conservation policy the quantification of sectoral total, direct indirect intensities track sectors or commodities responsible for increasing emissions. Energy input-output (E-IO) analysis a frontier method assessing resource pollutant embodiments goods services on macroeconomic scale that popular among researchers. This paper attempt apply this approach quantify energy-related emissions Iran. Based results, with highest potentials conservation, which are simultaneously main consumers have intensities, road transportation sector, produce basic mineral, metal chemical products, construction food industry agricultural livestock sectors. Although pattern distorted by cheap prices, our study shows theory value still applies
