摘要: (1) Introduction: Negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) is a frequently applied open abdomen (OA) treatment. There are only few experimental data supporting this method and describing the optimal settings distribution in abdominal cavity during procedure. The aim of our study was to evaluate values at different points NPWT compartment syndrome (ACS) animal model; (2) Methods: In (permission Nr. 13/2014/UDCAW), 27 Hungahib pigs (15.4-20.2 kg) were operated on. ACS generated by implanting plastic bag through mini-laparotomy filled with 2100-3300 mL saline solution (37 °C) an intraabdominal (IAP) 30 mmHg. After 3 h, (Vivano Med® Abdominal Kit, Paul Hartmann AG, Germany) or Bogota applied. group divided into -50, -100 -150 mmHg suction groups. Pressure monitored 6 via multichannel monitoring system; (3) Results: absolute levels significantly higher above than below protective layer. similar midline laterally. Amongst bowels, changed periodically between 0 -12 which might be caused peristaltic movements; (4) Conclusions: porcine model present seems well applicable for investigating NPWT. It possible provide valuable information clinicians. distributed layer lateral parts phenomenon did not change considerably therapy.
