摘要: We report on a clinical trial comparing stereoscopic full-field digital mammography to standard (non-stereo) for detection of true breast lesions in screening population. Each 1458 enrolled patients received both examination and examination, which were read independently by different radiologists. Compared mammography, stereo significantly reduced false positive lesion detections 46% (p< 0.0001), increased 23% 0.05).
