摘要: This invention is directed to a method for isolating and /or purifying one or more taxanes from materials comprising taxanes. In embodiment, the comprises steps of: (a) treating taxane containing material with an amino attached solid matrix, such as polyethyleneimine-bonded silica chromatographic resin; (b) eluting desired compound (c) recovering eluted compound.
