摘要: Abstract A method is described that separates taxane compounds from crude extracts under either reversed- or normal-phase conditions using a Zorbax-based bonded material, “SW-Taxane”. plant extract of Taxus canadensis and five standard were separated. The provides high selectivity recoveries taxol in the isocratic mode. Under conditions, packing material has shown significantly greater taxol-related than bare silica most other commercially available silica-based materials. Reversed-phase separations on column, are also superior compared to typical C 8 separations. In addition, loading study demonstrates this phase saturation capacity due its large surface area.
