Recovery of taxol from the extract of Taxus cuspidate callus cultures with Al2O3 chromatography

摘要: In this study, we reported a chromatographic protocol using C-18 silica gel phase and basic Al2O3 to research the creating recovery of taxol from extract Taxus cuspidate callus cultures. With cleaning up by chromatography, content determined in our experiment was increased greatly. The main source increasing concentration isomerization 7-epi-taxol taxol; could also be decomposed baccatin III 10-deacetylbaccatin column. At optimized conditions, total more than 160%.
