摘要: The present invention relates to a rapid and simple method for mass production of taxol from the cell culture Taxus genus plant with high purity recovery. invention, comprises steps of: (i) organic solvent extraction biomass obtain crude extract; (ii) synthetic adsorbent treatment extract filtration give filtrate; (iii) addition hexane filtrate precipitate taxol; (iv) fractional precipitation in mixture alcohol water vacuum drying powder; and, (v) performance liquid chromatography powder. According over 99% can be simply obtained recovery 90%.
