摘要: Abstract Taxol [1], a highly functionalized antimitotic diterpene which occurs as minor component of extracts the bark from trees genus Taxus, is required in increasingly larger quantities for clinical trials. Final purification taxol requires separation cephalomannine [2]. an efficient those closely related analogs has been achieved by normal phase HPLC on cyanopropyl column.
