摘要: A novel prepurification method was developed for producing paclitaxel, to guarantee high purity and yield from plant cell cultures. This a simple efficient procedure, the isolation of paclitaxel biomass Taxus chinensis, consisting active clay treatment, followed by two steps precipitation. The use treatment precipitation in process allows rapid separation interfering compounds dramatically increases crude HPLC purification compared alternative processes. serves minimize solvent usage, size, complexity operations purification. is readily scalable pilot scale eventually production environment where multikilogram quantities material are expected be produced.
