摘要: Abstract In this study, we evaluated the effect of reactor type with increased surface area on fractional precipitation process for efficient purification paclitaxel. The three types reactors (spiral, round, and twisted types) all exhibited higher yields than in cases where had not been at same time. It was possible to obtain a high paclitaxel yield 70% or above after 4 h precipitation. particular, case spiral-type reactor, 64% 72%, respectively, were obtained 2 h precipitation, thus exhibiting highest efficiency. addition, it also dramatically reduce time necessary On other hand, hardly affected purity. size precipitate With spiral-, round-, twisted-type reactors, precipitates smaller sizes increased.
