摘要: Abstract This study investigated changing the methanol/water ratio during fractional precipitation of paclitaxel, and adding all distilled water at room temperature, followed mixing for an additional 10 min. When was 50:50, 40:60, 30:70 (v/v), paclitaxel yield 42.0%, 84.3%, 92.0%, respectively. using a 50:50 similar high purity to case storing low temperature achieved when by 10 min further precipitation.
