摘要: In this paper, we investigate the potential benefits of deploying relays in outdoor millimeter-wave (mmWave) networks. We study coverage probability from sources to a destination for such systems aided by relays. The and are modeled as independent homogeneous Poisson point processes (PPPs). present relay modeling technique mmWave networks considering blockages compute density active that aid transmission. Two selection techniques discussed, namely best path selection. For first technique, provide closed form expression end-to-end signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) random network using order statistics. Moreover, maximum SNR paths is investigated asymptotically extreme value theory. second node having gain. Finally, analyze transmission capacity validate them with simulation results. Our results show can increase systems.
