摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy Cyperus rotundus (nut grass), that could be effective in phytoremediation crude oil contaminated soil. A net house experiment conducted with different concentrations (2.05, 4.08, 6.1, 8.15 and 10.2%) oil-contaminated soil for 180 days. Plant growth, biomass, total grease (TOG) degradation microbial numbers were analyzed at intervals i.e. 60,120 days percentages In presence oil, plant biomass heights reduced up 26 21.9% respectively. Concerning TOG content soil, C. decrease 50.01, 46.1, 42.6, 38.8 32.6% treatment I, II, III, IV V respectively vegetated pots during case unvegetated pots, reductions 4.4, 5.6, 6.6, 7.6 9.6% A, B, C, D E However, there significant (P = 0.05) comparison thereby proving species use phytoremediation.
