摘要: In this paper, we extend the model of Liu and Zhang (Math Comput Model 54:836-845, 2011) by incorporating three control terms apply optimal theory to resulting model. Optimal strategies are proposed minimize both disease burden intervention cost. We prove existence uniqueness paths obtain these analytically using Pontryagin's Maximum Principle. analyse our results numerically compare various controls. It is observed that implementation controls most effective less expensive among all strategies. Thus, conclude in order reduce tuberculosis threat must be taken into consideration concurrently.
