摘要: We investigate a mathematical model depicting the nonlinear dynamics of immunogenic tumors as envisioned by Kuznetsov et?al. 1. To understand under what circumstances cancer cells can be eliminated, we implement theory optimal control. design two types external treatment strategies, one is Adoptive Cellular Immunotherapy and another interleukin-2. Our aim to establish regimens that maximize effector cell count minimize tumor burden deleterious effects total amount drugs. derive existence an control using boundedness solutions. characterize optimality system, in which state system coupled with co-states. The uniqueness our problem also analyzed. Finally, demonstrate numerical illustrations reduce different scenarios.
